1. Bacon Fried Rice
This is a new menu item introduced for the first time with this order. We generously packed bacon and green onion fried rice into a kraft paper box. We took care to keep each grain of rice fluffy and separate, so it stays enjoyable even after it cools.
2. Chicken Drumettes
The drumettes are packed separately in a foil cup at the top of the box. Garlic, dried red chili pepper, and green onion are added for aroma. The dish is designed so that, eaten together with the fried rice, it doesn’t feel heavy and keeps the appetite going.
3. Fruit
We included one small apple. It is meant to be enjoyed as a palate cleanser after the fried rice and chicken drumettes. We also considered that it can be eaten conveniently with one hand, skin and all.
4. Presentation
The fried rice, chicken drumettes, and fruit are packed in separate sections. Because the foods don’t mix, they can be eaten neatly. We finished the box so that the flavor and aroma of each item stay distinct within a single box.
What We Paid Special Attention To
Hope Philanthropy referred us to a catering opportunity last time. To express our gratitude, we put together this order with a new menu item and added chicken drumettes and a small apple to make the meal more satisfying. We also wanted to offer something new and enjoyable to the staff who are familiar with our existing menu.
