Zest Premium Lunch Box & Catering supplies lunch boxes and catering for institutional and corporate events. This was our second delivery to Jeisys Medical. Following our first delivery, the client’s negotiations with an overseas buyer went well, and our contact placed a repeat order. The meals were once again intended for a meeting with overseas buyers.

Menu Composition
1. Galbi Main
Bone-in braised short ribs occupy the main compartment. They are garnished with kabocha squash, a flower-shaped carrot, chestnut, jujube, and minced garlic for a refined finish. Our aim was to present one of Korea’s signature dishes in an appealing way to our client’s international guests.
2. Salad
The salad of lettuce, chicory, cherry tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and orange is packed in its own container, with the dressing served separately. Keeping the dressing apart preserves the freshness and crispness of the greens until the moment of eating. The salad also offers a light counterpoint to the richness of the galbi.
3. Side Dishes and Fruit
Each compartment holds a separate side: zucchini jeon (pan-fried zucchini), kimchi, pickled watermelon rind, vegetables in a mustard dressing, and rolled omelet. Pineapple, kiwi, mandarin, and fig are included as a fruit course. Together, the sides and fruit make the meal feel generous and complete.
4. Presentation
Every item is placed in its own section of the aluminum tray, with the dressing and fruit in separate containers. Because nothing mixes, the meal keeps its shape and appearance in transit. Once the lid is secured, utensils, chopsticks, and a Zest tag are included before handover.
After Collection
The lunch boxes were returned to us almost entirely empty. Very little of the galbi, rice, or side dishes remained. We believe our contact’s decision to reorder reflects the satisfaction that carried over from the first meal.
A Catalyst for the Deal
It may not be entirely logical, but we hope Zest can serve, in some small way, as a catalyst in our clients’ negotiations. If one good meal can ease the atmosphere of a meeting even slightly, there is no greater reward for us.
