Overview
This is the 6th order from the Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration’s National Policy Program. A first-time customer wants to see whether a vendor can keep its promises on timing and quality, while a repeat customer hands over the order expecting it to go “just like last time.” This delivery also arrived around 10:30, 30 minutes ahead of the requested 11:00, and the program coordinator was able to focus on preparing the event without having to check on our arrival. The move from a vendor you can trust to a vendor you can count on is built by keeping the same standard every single time, which is why Zest prepares every order so that customers who try us once don’t need to look anywhere else.
Preparation & Delivery
Zest Premium Lunch Box & Catering delivers lunch boxes and catering for institutional and corporate events. This order was 130 sandwich boxes for the National Policy Program at the Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration. We were asked to arrive by 11:00, and since we were told early arrival was fine, we arrived at around 10:30. We began preparing at 2:30 a.m., which allowed us to deliver with time to spare.
What We Paid Special Attention To
The client asked us to arrive by 11:00 and said early arrival was fine. We judged that arriving early would give the client greater peace of mind, so we arrived at around 10:30. To make that possible, we began preparing all 130 boxes at 2:30 a.m.
Main Components
1. Fried Tofu Pouch Rice (Yubu Chobap)
Each pouch is filled with rice mixed with vegetables, egg strips, and minced meat. They are placed in white paper cups so that seasoning and oil don’t transfer to other foods. Made in bite-sized pieces, they are easy to eat even in a standing setting.
2. Gimbap
The gimbap is cut into bite-sized pieces and neatly arranged along one side of the box. It is a light item that pairs easily with the other components. Chopsticks are included so it is easy to eat.
3. Chicken Breast and Ham Sandwich
Chicken breast, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce are layered between slices of bread. The sandwich is wrapped in patterned paper so the cross-section stays intact. With plenty of vegetables, it is filling enough for lunch while still feeling light.
4. Presentation
The yubu chobap, gimbap, and sandwich are arranged in separate sections within a single small box. Paper cups and wrapping keep each item apart so they don’t mix. All 130 boxes were arranged in the same format to give recipients a tidy, consistent impression.
